          Gateway is now using two fully certified appraisals for each assignment. Our office appraisers reserch the property, sets the appointment, and sends the field appraisers on their way.  Our Field appraisers conduct the inspection, gather pertinent information, and takes all required photos of the subject and comps.  All of the information is then sent back to the office utilizing wireless technology and added to the report.  If all goes well, depending on the location of the property, an appraisal can be turned in a matter of hours.
