        The best news is that the CVR is affordable and can be customized for your needs.   From a 1 page desktop report that provides a estimated value range ($100), to a 10-15 page desktop report that includes charts, photos, maps and market grids ($175).   For more reliability, external or internal inspections can be done for an additional $75-$100 respectively
